Credit or debit card information is mandatory prior to scheduling a service call. The actual charge will only occur after the service has been completed.
Rest assured, you will receive a detailed quote before any service is performed. There are no hidden costs, and the quoted amount will be charged, unless there is a change order, which will be discussed with you before any additional work is undertaken.
Furthermore, you will receive an invoice before payment processing begins, and once the payment has successfully cleared, you will receive a paid invoice.
Please note that we do require a credit card to be on file, but we also offer alternative payment methods to help you avoid any credit card fees. Do keep in mind that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any charge exceeding $1,500.
