These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of any job we do for you. That work is governed by the written proposal, contract or work order we sign with you, and if anything here conflicts with a signed contract, the signed contract wins.

Nothing here is a quote
The pages on this site describe the kind of work we do. They are not an offer, a bid, or a price. A price from us is only a price when it is in a written proposal signed by us, naming the scope, the exclusions and a date. Anything you read here, or are told over the phone, is a starting point for that proposal, not a substitute for it.
Nothing here is plumbing advice for your specific situation
We write these pages to answer common questions honestly, and we would rather explain than sell. But we have not seen your building. Code requirements, sizing, permitting and what is actually wrong all depend on the specific property, and a page on a website cannot account for that. Do not use this site in place of having a licensed plumber look at the job.
If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility’s emergency line from outside before you call anyone else.
Sending us plans and information
When you send us a bid request, plans or specifications, you confirm you are entitled to share them with us. We treat what you send as confidential to the bid and we do not pass it on. What we collect and what happens to it is set out in our privacy policy.
The bid request form is for genuine inquiries about work. Please do not use it for marketing, recruiting or automated submissions.
Licensing
We hold Texas Master Plumber license RMP #43467 and work within its scope. Where a job needs a permit, we pull it. If you want to verify the license, the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners publishes license records.
Photographs
Every photograph on this site is of our own work. They show real jobs, and they are ours. Please do not reuse them. They illustrate what we have built; they are not a promise that your job will look the same, because no two buildings do.
Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it.
Availability and accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current to the best of our ability, and we correct things when we find them wrong. We cannot promise it will always be available or entirely free of errors, and we are not liable for a decision made purely on the strength of a web page. That is what the proposal and the site visit are for.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
