We’re an owner-run Bulverde plumbing company led by a second-generation Master Plumber. We carry the whole plumbing scope on commercial, institutional and new-construction work across San Antonio and New Braunfels.
On the residential side, we build and remodel high-end homes, with fixture and finish selection done in house.
Most of what we do is turnkey. We pick up the plumbing scope at design and carry it through final inspection, so you’ve got one number to call and one sub responsible for the whole scope.

We do residential and commercial, new and existing, from a single range drop to a full commercial meter and manifold.
Each step waits on the one above it. The same person carries the job through all four.
Harley reads the drawings and does the takeoff himself. The number on the bid comes from the Master Plumber who supervises the job.
The permit is pulled under our license before work starts, so the inspection record has a Master Plumber’s name on it.
A licensed Master Plumber supervises the work. Katie carries the contract, the submittals, the certificates and the schedule.
Pressure-tested, then we call inspections and keep calling until it’s cleared. The closeout paperwork goes out with it.

Goody’s Plumbing is run by its two managing members: Harley Hart, a second-generation Master Plumber, and Katie Dalrymple, who runs operations. We work across San Antonio, Bulverde and the Hill Country.
Harley Hart holds Texas Master Plumber license RMP #43467, and he does the estimating himself. The number on your bid comes from the Master Plumber who supervises the job.
Katie Dalrymple runs operations: contracts, scheduling, and every conversation with you from the first call to the final walk-through. She’s the reason the communication stays tight and the schedule holds. She also runs design in house. She takes homeowners through fixture and finish selection with an eye on the whole room, and sources the pieces that are hard to find.
We carry general liability and we are a Texas workers’ compensation subscriber. Prequal packets, certificates of insurance and references go out on request.
Most of our work comes by invitation from general contractors we’ve already built for. The rest comes from homeowners who called us directly.
